Not less than two policemen today lost their lives as gunmen suspected to be armed robbers attacked and hijacked a bullion van at Idi-Ape junction, Iwo Road, Ibadan.
Reports say the hijacked bullion van, belonging to a bank in the area was loaded with cash.
There were reports of sporadic gunshots as residents and passers-by scampered for scampered for safety.
