Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp experience another outage, which means billions of users around the world were unable to use the giant social media. This incredible outage comes just days after a global shutout of Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp for several hours.
Earlier this week Monday 4th, billions of users were denied access to the giant social media platforms, which led to Mark Zuckerberg’s company apologizing for the disruption.
trendinggist9ja gathered that Facebook released a statement about the first outage, explaining it was due to “configuration changes on the backbone routers that co-ordinate network traffic between our data centres caused issues that interrupted this communication”.
According to report from Daily star, another outage was reported in the late hours of Friday, which makes the second within one week. it was reported that “According to Downdetector, which monitors the status of websites there were 17,273 reports of Instagram being down at about 7:30pm UK time. More than half (58%) of the reports had to do with the app while 23% related to server connection issues.”
The Giant social media company have confirmed users are having problems accessing their services for a second time this week.
Facebook wrote via Twitter: “We’re aware that some people are having trouble accessing our apps and products.
“We’re working to get things back to normal as quickly as possible and we apologize for any inconvenience.”
