Fury retained his WBC crown, knocks Deontay Willder

The Gypsy King, Tysons Fury has retained his WBC crown after knocking out American Deontay Willder on Saturday night.

The fight was highly anticipated by fans all over the world. Tyson Fury got up from two fourth-round knockdowns and beat Deontay Wilder in the 11th round, retaining his WBC title.

“It was a great fight, It was worthy of any trilogy in the history of the sport. He’s a top fighter, and he gave me a real (test) tonight” Fury said. Fury has won for the second straight time in their three fights.

Wilder received severe punishment and looked so tired, but still tried hard to throw punches until Fury finally stopped him in the 11th round by sending Wilder’s face-first to the canvas with a chopping right hand.

Fury said:

“Don’t ever doubt me when the chips are down, I can always deliver”
