A Federal High Court seating in Lagos have set Instagram comedian D general fee, The court on Monday consequently convicted the defendants and cautioned them to “go and sin no more”.

Delivering judgement, Justice Daniel Osiagor held that the volume of substance was minimal and would rather convict the defendants and caution them, rather than sentence them.
Recall the comedian was arrested by the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) weeks ago, alongside Caleb William, a cinematographer. They were charged with three counts of trafficking Tramadol and Cannabis Sativa, to which they both pleaded guilty.
