Reno Omokri a Nigerian lawyer, bestselling author and human rights activist took to his social media page to give reason why yoruba ethnic group are the most successful in Nigeria.
Based on his opinion, Yorubas are most successful because of the height of respect they and honour they allot to their parents, he gave example of billionaire Femi Otedola and some other successful People who are from the Yoruba tribe, he also went ahead to back his words with some bible verse.
He wrote :
The reason why the Yoruba are the most successful ethnic group in Nigeria, and perhaps in Africa can be traced to their respect and honour for their parents. I have never seen a race that respect parents like the Yoruba. You cant marginalise a people who maximise their parents! A billionaire Yoruba man, like Femi Otedola, will see his father and prostrate for him. When a people honour their parents that much, there is no way God will not exalt them individually and as a race. If you are looking for the secret of their success, look no further!
